To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1 Year Limited Warranty and Exchanges
Every adapter set is covered under a 1-year warranty for damage and wear experienced under normal use. Normal use is defined by the cracking of the frames or scratches to the surface lens coatings while in their intended use. We will not replace either of them if there are clear signs of damage due to negligence whether it be accidental or intentional.
It is required that you attach a scan or picture of your prescription when ordering to verify warranty claims. If this is not loaded at time of purchase, a $50 fee will be assessed for replacement lenses as we are not at fault. Replacement lenses are issued based off the prescription at purchase.
Warranty exchanges will need to be returned before sending you replacement adapters. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and If approved, let you know when the new product is in the mail. Please remember it can take some time for processing and fulfillment as each prescription is different.
Prescription Lens Adapters can not be returned as they are custom produced for individual users. If there’s a manufacturing defect we will gladly investigate the products defect and offer a replacement or refund if the issue was determined to be our fault.
